I don't know. All I know is you need to check your blood levels for D3 Hydroxy. I watched a video from some doctor I cannot remember who it was.. Dr. Malone? I don't remember who said your levels should be at least 50 ng/ML to avoid going in a hospital due to COVID.
My blood levels in August were 56 so I am good with what I am doing... ok I may bump it a bit in the winter months.
Normal D3 levels are 30.0 ng/ML to 100.00 ng/ML
I would suggest getting a baseline and working on your own D3 amounts. Just remember that taking too much D3 vitamins IS toxic.
30.0 ng/ML is very low and unhealthy. The goal should be at the low end 50 and at the higher end 75. There are some really good books out that prove that vitamin D toxicity is very hard to achieve. I personally take 10,000 IU of D daily with one Super K from Life Extension. I have doubled that in the past when my level was below 30ng/ML and got nothing but great results from that amount. I just become more aware of what the numbers should be. My husband is outside a lot and his D was below 30 so you really need a blood test to check where you are at. Vitamin D is one if the greatest gifts that we have from God. Check out the benefits for arthritis and osteoporosis. This is my experience based on my research.
You can buy the entire thing at Zelenko's site or you can buy your own individually.
Here is the protocol (there is a typo on the sheet.. D3 should read mcg not mg
