Do the full detox. Zeolite, chlorella, cilantro oil- get the heavy metals and fluoride out!
I'm going to do my best to try this for my daughter ,, the Drs and hospitals traumatized her so much in the past that when she sees as much as a band aid she has a meltdown , hard to get her to take a vitamin gummie , but I'm going to keep trying ,, thank you ,, do U have any links ,, so much evolves and the treatments change over the years !
Look also in low oxalate diets and iodine?

Start with chlorella for a few weeks- you get a little gassy initially but that’s just prt of detox. Always try whatever you are giving to your kids first for a week or two to check for hereditary allergies. Sorry for the Amazon links. My 2-year old daughter loves chewing on these, it’s just algae in pill form that I just swallow, but they are small and have a not terrible taste and a nice little crunch. She calls them “green frogs” because they are little green pills and that was the first thing she associated with the color green- she asks for them by name all the time and we giver her an average of 3-5 per day. It’s great for soaking up toxins and it’s food- so no concerns with overdosing.

This cilantro oil is VERY potent and you can feel the mobilized heavy metals in your system. It’s an alcohol tincture and tastes terrible so I doubt a kiddo will take it, even diluted in water.

This cilantro oil tastes better with glycerin- almost sickly sweet, but it doesn’t work as well for me. I just emailed my self the protocol u sent so I can print and have and I have Amazon prime ..I know I caved and just started to use it , it actually is shocking what you can buy. I do try supporting small business etc but in San Diego they are near extinct ..anyway I bought two bottles of the first cilantro oil u sent me and a bag of the chlorella shots .. wanted you to know I appreciated the time u took to send this to me ..I’m excited to get healthy again
Wonderful! Read the reviews of the stuff you purchased on Amazon- there are some really helpful tips in there, particularly regarding proper cilantro oil use. The protocol includes this as well, but the anecdotal experiences made it clear that this is a very serious thing and that it absolutely works- and to take it very slow and be patient so you don’t overdo the detox! You have decades of heavy metals and toxins tucked away all over your body and in your fat cells and your liver can only process so much at a time, so don’t vigorously shake up the snow globe right away or you may suffer the effects of heavy metal toxicity!
On my grocery list I added a reminder: “Check for aluminum, titanium, TBHQ, canola, soy in processed foods.” And anything that has to be abbreviated (BHT or BHA or PEG 80) or has a number added to it should be looked up and probably put back. Most food coloring also has aluminum. It’s shocking how many foods this eliminates, get ready for some 3 hour grocery trips! But once you get a feel for what is good and what is not, it gets easy pretty quickly.
Once you eliminate the garbage foods, you won’t miss them- they taste terrible once you drop your acquired taste for them. Seriously, the soy added to everything is disgusting. Good fats like beef, butter, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, flaxseed oil, and cheese and cut out all added refined sugar and refined wheat and you will begin feeling better quickly. I dropped sugar and refined wheat and my LDL went from 189 to 46 in 40 days. With the added good fats (I am mostly Scandinavian, your specific needs may vary), my HDL is climbing as well!
