Ok... why does it need to be stored in such low temperatures? I looked it up and I'm getting mixed answers ranging -70 to -100 degrees Fahrenheit. The "official" reason in summary is because its fragile. Anyone have other theories? I've also seen articles saying they are now allowing warmer storage, maybe its all to throw investigators off?
