Breaking News: 7NEWS has been told that Gladys Berejiklian is telling her colleagues that she is resigning as premier.

The NSW Premier has called a snap media conference for 1pm after ICAC, the NSW anti-corruption watchdog, revealed today that it is investigating her conduct.
