China realized through that facility they could contract others to run attacks on poorly secured State-Run Servers that contained all required data needed to make high quality forgeries and not fake but duplicated IDs that would allow operatives to vote as individuals. The only audits that could catch these illicit votes would be very pointed.

It worked like this:

1. knock over DMV systems and compromise US Citizen data for a variety of reasons ( voting and otherwise )
2. Manufacture duplicated ID using the exact same machines the states bought to make them. The IDs can not be differentiated from “real” ones.
3. Import them en masse to operatives within the US.
4. In places like Harris County drive through voting takes place & operatives vote with stacks of these IDs. Local compromised operatives squelch out the reports & do nothing. Those that report die mysteriously.
5. Get the compromised assets into office.
6. Compromise democracy systematically by controlling the production chain of everything used to manifest and keep that system working ( compromise the election process itself ).
7. Such a compromise CAN NOT BE DONE WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE DOMINION / SYSCTL BEAN COUNTERS. They would have access to easily see the duplicates votes and otherwise. Massive massive reports of “you already voted” took place in 2018 and 2020. Go look.

Again this is bigger than people understand.
