An unvaccinated overweight guy I know got sick. The doctor told him he had covid and had to be put on a ventilator or he was going to die. He told the POS doc your not gonna kill me with a ventilator, I'll go home and die. Somebody he knows brought him 3 ivermectin tablets. 3 days later he is fine. FUCK THE LYING SCUMBAG DOCTORS, NURSES, POLITICIANS AND ANYBODY ELSE INVOLVED IN MURDERING PEOPLE FOR $$$$$
Docs are this way with every "disease." I once was told by a team of docs that I would be on medication for the rest of my life, and that it would only get worse. I laughed, walked out, and never went back. I did my own research and cured myself of it within a year. Allopathic medicine is good for only one thing IMO. Physical abnormalities. Broken bones, heart defects, etc. They are shit about every other thing. It's all about the money.
Tonsillectomy, wisdom teeth removal, transplants, heart attacks and strokes too.

I mean you need EKGs and all that crap to survive. I know the whole "diet" thing is B.S but for older people its more necessary to survive.
Dieting isn't B.S.
All of the big name diets are very good for various reasons.
Ultimately, dieting is very healthy because it teaches you to make better decisions and (probably most importantly) makes you focus on what you're eating.
Maybe you are doing good and can have that Mt. Dew at the end of the week, or maybe you can't because it'll increase the cravings for more and it makes it harder to resist consuming more (carbs do this)
It's all about making sure you stay around a good caloric target, without going over too many carbs per day and making sure you are eating healthier fats and proteins regularly.
If you can bulk up a little and keep your metabolism in shape with decent eating habits, you will burn more calories simply by existing which also means you can eat more.
Dieting has a lot to do with it, but it forces your awareness and creates discipline and that's the real lasting value.
If you crash diet, that's where you are going to see the "B.S.", because you will inevitably consume more to compensate after reaching a goal because of the hunger.
