Eat some pistachios before you take the niacin. If you eat enough you'll find the "sweet spot" where you feel no flush and no grogginess. You are probably pretty adept with niacin, so try about 20 pistachios with 1000mg niacin and see what happens. When you flush, that is niacin not being used up in the cells. When there is melatonin already in the cells, it will use the niacin to push out inflammation. THAT is the point. With no inflammation there is no dis-ease.

What's the difference between the no flush and the flush? I take 5mg of melatonin every night before I go to bed. So, If I take melatonin and niacin won't that accomplish the same result?
I take Niacin daily but I will only take flush Niacin. I will not take that “No-Flush” crap.

Thanks fren, I never knew that! take 500 mg daily but I’ll bump it up to 1000 mg. I’m used to the flush so it doesn’t bother me.
