You are missing the point...

I get what he means...the pressure to comply is unbelievable...my sons and me will all lose our jobs...

And why? Why in the world are there exemptions for congress, their staff, white house staff, vaccine company employees, the thousands of illegals, students from other countries, post office employees???!

Either it's an emergency and everyone must get the vaccine or it's NOT.
