Why is this evidence of devolution? This is evidence that the Jap "destroyers" are now fully operating as the carriers they were always meant to be. AND that the USMC is operating from them. I don't know why this should surprise anyone, as they are our ally.

Sure it is a big deal, and maybe I'm missing something here, but the connection to devolution is a stretch.
