Our Dr. refused his medical exemption out of hand saying “our age, 67, 69 make us extremely high risk and we should have had it months ago”. We are being given one more chance to convince her that the jab is dangerous, we don’t need it, we will be fine. Anyone have some strong bullet points to fire at her? She is not one to read articles, listen to long arguments or “the CDC is fudging numbers”. (She is giving us a “video chat” so got to make strong points in limited time!) Ask her if she can show you the FDA approval. If she says Pfizer is, you can have the actual approval for Comirnaty. Ask if she has Comirnaty. It doesn't exist. Tell her she can't force an EUA drug on you.
At 67 and 69 you should be retired. Why would you even want to keep working. This is the time in your life where you enjoy yourself not work yourself to death. You only have a few years left retire.

My husband is in great shape, loves his job, (working with DoD on telephone systems for Air Force One), he travels and I get to go with him and the job is one he can do from home 3 out of 5 days. Why try and get a medical? I work for a contactor as well and had to bow down and request an exemption. So I went for a religious accommodation. I'm caring for my sick, elderly mom and helping my daughter and grandson with bills in this inflationary world. Can't just lose everything by being unemployed. This. Bring in any denomination and they can find some religious “leader” to contradict you. There are plenty of passages in the Bible telling you to follow your conscience so that you can arrive in judgement with your head held high. Nobody can argue against your sincere belief.
The papers we were given from employer state that a person has to have a letter signed by a priest, pastor, rabbi, etc.!

I don't know the answer. I would imagine, but I don't know. But why should you have to even bother getting such an exemption, when you have the inalienable right to 'own' your own body? I don't know. I understand it's a tough situation but believe that ultimately, these types of things have to be fought on constitutional grounds.

That's all fine and well Gobby, and I agree 100% but employers won't fight this (mine disagrees with the mandates and believes they're illegal) and are caving to cover their butts. In turn, the employees, to keep roofs over their heads, either have to follow the new company policy - get the jab or get an accommodation - or get fired. Now, if someone wants to pay my bills and legal fees, I am more than happy to jump into the fray on this.
In the meantime, I do what I can in my world to educate others to what is going on, attend city/county/state meetings to express my thoughts on local issues and the pressure on to make changes.
First a doctor should never tell you you don’t need annual blood work done. And then tell you to get them experimental vaccine.
You need to get your blood work done immediately. What do you take the vaccine or not.
If for some reason you guys do take it, and I don’t know why you would, and you get your blood work done again and there’s anomalies, you’ll be able to know the difference. Without having a blood test done before, and then one after, you wouldn’t know what the differences will be.
I’m not recommending the vaccine, but the fact that you’re even toying with this idea is concerning. But that’s your business and everybody has to make their own choices.
Other than that I would videotape on your phone or record your entire conversation. You need to make sure that you have the entire interaction recorded. If in the future you do decide to file a lawsuit you will have everything that she said Word for Word.

You can be medically exempt from the vaccine if you have an allergy to any ingredient in the vaccine. You are concerned that it could lead to anaphylaxis reaction. Also, it has fetal cells and your religion does not permit human nor blood products. Show the literature with the fetal cells... I’m sure someone here has the info as it was posted last week. Based on my experience there is no argument that you can make to change her mind. The medical system has indoctrinated her for decades and if she’s pushing the vax then it’s a good assumption that she’s all in on it. Any pushback and she’ll think you’re a couple of loons that don’t respect her authority. She’ll probably get angry.
In my opinion, your best best is to stick to things you can directly prove with her literature. Refuse to take a non FDA approved treatment (no, something that’s “interchangeable” with something that’s approved won’t do). Tell her that unless she can provide an approved vax (Comirnaty) with a full list of ingredients then you can’t under any circumstance accept this shot. Then shift the discussion to discuss the stress and impact to mental health, and try to get an exemption on those grounds.
I certainly will run that by her. I have been near tears thinking of what this could do to my husband, not to mention the shedding would do to me and that it wiill keep our daughter from visiting and not knowing when and how severe his reaction could be.

Ask MD if she pays her own malpractice. If not she might consider her employer as well as future employment when insisting her patients have “vaccines”.
