This, my friends, is the biggest game of chicken I've ever seen.

Military will be totally unable to function if you sack between 10 and 28% of everyone depending on which division we're talking about.

If you're trying to fire almost 30% of the Marines at once... you might even run the risk of them revolting outright and throwing you out on your ass.
