CME to hit today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLBb6Dwvc9g
You show us cgi videos and tell us it can't be faked. You've got to be kidding me.
He's right, CME's happen all the time. It's well-documented science.
This one is nothing out of the ordinary and should only cause mild geomagnetic storms (which go mostly unnoticed).
But I wouldn't put it past the DS to shut things down and blame it on space weather.
If it's something we don't notice and have to take a scientists word on, then forgive me for not believing a word they say unless the can show us proof.
We do notice severe geomagnetic storms. They just don’t happen often.
In 1859 a huge CME melted telegraph wires all over the world. There was a similar one in 2012 which missed Earth by only 9 days.
