This is discussing what Geert Vanden Bossche said - he is the Belgian vaccine expert who sounded the alarm last spring. And what he said is happening - that vaccinating people while the virus is still circulating would cause the virus to mutate. And that's exactly what has happened. The vax caused Delta and the other variants.
