I was in an Amish town/area not long ago. They are definitely based. There was not a mask to be seen anywhere -- not in the hotels, restaurants, businesses, nor anywhere else. No signs on the doors of businesses -- nada. It was life as normal. Saw a couple of out-of-towners wearing masks, but they looked pretty ridiculous and stuck out like a sore thumb. It was truly refreshing.
I agree with the Amish.. However the outcome of this from "NOLT" and his paper, seems like it is going to be painted poorly. This article almost vilifies a belief that our bodies can handle what is given to the, Even though they proved this would all be over if we just treated it in the same fashion.
They also say the Amish "are thankful that everyone else got the vax". It is still praising the VAX.
Lol bro catch the nuance. They said they were glad people got the vax so they wouldn't have to deal with restrictions and then followed up by saying they would not get the vax.
Don't do what MSM does and cherry pick out of context
That being said I did get a sort of lefty tone from NOLT
And also Mennonite look the part but aren't nearly as traditional as the Amish, which seems to have been used interchangeably here.
I just got rubbed the wrong way by reading what NOLT said and thinking about what his "science" paper is going to say about the 'social response' from the Amish community. It just felt tainted. Who T.F. cares about this NOLT guy and his opinion in an article about how a community actually overcame 'covid'.
They Amish did do a good job on just saying, "Yeah, your society is dumb for injecting random shit."
Turn Off MSM, and Covid never happened.

Best news I've read in ages!
I was in Berlin Ohio and Shipshewana Indiana that summer. Everyone I talked to, (and I made it a mission to ask many) knew it was bullshit.

Yeah, you are right.
