I was denied due to a shortage of employees that can do my job. Wonder what happens when I refuse weekly coof testing. Will they fire me and be forced to give me severance?

This is what I’m banking on. I’m going to straight up tell them I’m going to ignore any order to test or vax, and one of us will blink first.
F that weekly coof testing - I'd refuse it now if I were you - still get your unpaid leave!
I agree. Refuse it. Make them do what you want so you don't go elsewhere. You have the cards now play them. They need you.
Yeah, you're holding the Trump card, fren. ;-)
You should insist that EVERYONE including management must take the weekly coof testing, or else nobody will.
Point to the CDC and FDA statements that the vaxed can carry and transmit the virus, so they are still infectious. If all don't get tested, then I won't either.
I'm in BC Canada so regulations may dictate circumstance but I'll contact employmentlawler.ca before I make any final decision.
and THANKS frens!
