He should sue the league for coercing him to take it and destroying his career.

I'm sure his heirs will

It's not about what might be true. It's about what you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

… in criminal court. In civil court, which would be the arena for a lawsuit against the NBA, the evidentiary standard is simply “preponderance of evidence” which is more vulnerable to feelz

My point was just that you can prove it impacted his job much easier than his health.

Civil suits do not require a beyond reasonable doubt standard Clarence. Preponderance perhaps. And you can sue for current anxiety over impending death

Sue for medical malpractice too. They demanded a medical procedure that resulted in him suffering bodily injury.

Funny how the name, Brandon, is popping up everywhere lately.

Another one of my friends was in the hospital for 5 days, lungs full of clots , the medical team all told him , amazing you didn't die , he got shot back in December he’s a doctor himself ! He’s visiting me in SD for few days , it’s unbelievable , I speak to him all about the shot and how many of my other friends died or nearly died ( one friend had massive brain bleed, the pressure blew out her left eye ) of blood clots . He listens ,but it’s as if he doesn’t hear! He speaks about walking around not knowing what was wrong with him , feeling like he was going to die , this again is a Doctor! He is in San Diego looking at boats , he's retiring and plans to buy a boat out here , he wants to enjoy life after his near death experience ! ! He will take the BOOSTER ! Unbelievable !

NPC is the only apt description of the situation/condition

For every player DIAGNOSED with the blood clots... there are at least 10 other players who HAVE severe blood clots, but haven't been diagnosed yet.

Eventually, they will be diagnosed with blood clots. Then what?

Sad..... And they continue everything in their power to cover it up.

tragic, these stories - and it drives me nuts cuz we have tried to warn these people - the hardest thing is to see these fooled people so scared, wearing masks, and lining up for the mRNA treatment. I'm praying that there will be a remedy for the innocent.
