the judge's statements and ruling is some soft Soviet bullshit. Where the fuck does it state in Canadian law that a private citizen must represent 'both sides of the debate' when discussing anything in Canada in front of a foreign audience?

That's not a fucking thing in our laws.

This ruling is obscene, especially in that it is being talked about as a win.

A pyrrhic victory at best.

This judge must have had a real hard on for the man, but was probably forced to do what he did because the whole legal basis of this coming down to his holding church service.
