The "vaccine" is not a legal order. Every service member goes through UCMJ classes in Basic Training. We also were put through SAEDA Briefings, too. (Subversion and Espionage Directed Against the Army) where we were taught that the bribes start out small and easy - like selling a post phone book for $5.
The choice is vaxx or be kicked out? That amounts to POW status, IMHO. So, going the route that can be reversed is the only route to take. The discharge WILL be reversed. Take the time off and enjoy the show - back pay will be awarded.
