Meanwhile, "manifestation" spreads like wildfire among millennials. Now they are all knee-deep in trying to "manifest" the things they want in life. They write down "Things I must manifest". Most believe (kid you not) that when they think hard of something they want it will "manifest" and I hear them all saying "The universe will provide". It started getting really bad a month ago.
I guess if they can't have BLM or covid to worship they'll invent "manifestation" as their new belief instead of just... waking the hell up.
New Age covers most of it, the universalist religion of the NWO. I can only say most because there are plenty of spiritual truths stolen from other faiths and slightly modified to suit their satanic agenda.
Most view the "Universe" as a sugar daddy that will give them what they want if they really, really want it. They don't want the rules of religion, but they want a belief that is just Christmas (presents) forever.
This is just worship of the self made into a belief system (aka the Universe revolves around me and I must do my daily manifestations to get goodies). They think it's unfair to have your faith tested or to have to do anything to prove you believe. They want all of the fun stuff with none of the work.
Welcome to the new religion of Manifestation that has been spreading like wildfire in the past month.
Ah yes. And pagan means "someone from the country". Did you know that? What is it that is being hidden? Do [they] hide the lies or hide the truth? [They] pronounce their lies to the world and hide the truth. Why?
Exactly. They've been spreading this manifest your own reality thing for decades, (that I'm aware of). Maybe longer. They had me going for a while there when The Secret came out. Now, I know all things come through God and I'm not a magician, magically making everything I desire come true. If God wants me to have it, then it'll happen. If that's not the path God has for me, then it won't. I try to ask God's will in things. And wait on his timing.
I'm confused at the bashing of manifestation? Why is believing in something, and praying about it bad? Wouldn't you rather people praying and having faith than not? If we are in a spiritual warfare wouldn't that be a good thing? We want people praying to God and believing and practicing positive prayer. Who is anyone else to judge? Religion is confusing enough but when people think their beliefs are superior to others you lost the true meaning and beliefs in Christ.
Their issue isn't against "praying for what you want" so much as the angle it is coming from. In this context, they describe a practice that is not praying to God, but rather praying on behalf of what one wants. On a deeper level, I can pray to God for what I want, rather than "the universe", but it is not what I think of as "Christian".
God knows what will allow me to fulfill my most important purposes, and that is what He will help me do if I ask and work for it. If I pray for a job and He delivers, it isn't because I wanted it. It's because I made a covenant to care for my wife and children, and to fulfill His command to multiply and replenish the Earth.
"Manifesting" for what I want to the universe is asking the wrong entity for the wrong thing. Seeking what God wants and trying g to align myself to it is Godly. Seeking what I want, without that alignment to God, is giving in to the carnal mind.
You have your opinion and I can have mine. I'm not a fan of the manifestation stuff. In my experience, if you don't get what you're manifesting, then it's your fault. That's a pretty crappy thing to lay on someone, and I don't buy it. Just my opinion from my personal experience.
I believe in praying to God and asking him, yes. And waiting for his response & guidance. Not manifesting it magically myself as if I'm God.
100% agree on having your own opinion. My point was that the bashing of manifesting is unnecessary. We are trying to spread love and unite as a country and world, not judge how others pray.
Sounds like the neo-new-age (yeah, read that again, these idiots keep reheating old dinners) guff served up in that ‘blockbuster’ mock-you-mentally “The Secret” which even had an actual movie made based on the “secret”. I saw some of the mock-you-mentally and it was this - “wishing” shit into being. The previous generation got better life lessons from Forrest Gump.
A good thought twisted beyond recognition. The universe will conspire to help you is a famous line from "The Alchemist". Very powerful book. When you chase your dream with your whole being, others will notice and see the beauty of what you seek and many will help you. And sadly even when it's evil, evil people will help.
Trying to manifest something without action is utterly useless. The Great awakening won't happen with people sitting around on this site either lol.
Joel Osteen? I don't watch any of them, so I don't know anything about a giant globe.
I do know that there are problems with every single TV preacher. Even Billy Graham was not 100% biblical. I actually heard him tell a reporter that Jesus wasn't the only way to get to heaven, when the Bible is very clear about that.
Yes! Osteen; I had the memory lapse earlier. He is the classic "you can get what you want if you pray for it" preacher. People eat it up. But what happens to all the people who obviously won't get what they want?
The idea of manifesting and law of attraction isn't occult. It's actually more science based and has to do with reticular activation which is a real thing.
You cant sit there and manifest without work but if you focus on something and put your time and energy towards it your brain will quite literally wire itself to focus on those things increasing your likelihood of success. Have you ever been looking to buy a house and you suddenly start hearing people everywhere talk about selling their house, real estate, etc? That is reticular activation at work.
It isn't meant to replace prayer, and you are right some millennial may use it for that, but it's mainly neuroscience and a little bit of quantum physics given we know our thoughts and observations literally change the world around us in on an invosible quantum level
"Asking", "pleading", "begging", and yes even "praying" spreads like wildfire among boomers. They are all knee-deep in trying to "pray" for the things they want in life. They write down "Things I must pray about". Most believe (kid you not) that when they pray hard for something they want it will "be answered" and I hear them all saying "God will provide". It started getting really bad since, well, a long time ago.
You have no idea what Christian prayer is. It is not a shopping list or a personal aggrandisement order form. And most boomers were never hippies or yuppies and most worked hard to give their children a better life...
Hate to break it to you folks, but Christianity is just a whitewashed form of ancient sex magic. Your leaders are Masons, you're churches are taking COVID bribes, you follow pagan holidays and use pagan symbols.
The Great Awakening must continue beyond the political and expose the lies of religion in order for any of this to work. Keep waking up, the rabbit hole goes much deeper.

Which is actually an occult practice pretending not to be.

Yeah, you hear that a lot. "Why does G-d allow suffering? Why won't G-d give me the money and goods I want?"
I think Dennis Prager responded to that infantile demand with: "Is G-d just a celestial butler?"
Great movie... "A Serious Man." The middle aged Rabbi tells the protagonist. "G-d doesn't owe us anything. The obligation goes the other direction."
I really, really wanted to win the Powerball last night, but not a single number matched. Maybe I'm meant to win the Mega Millions tonight. :)
Also regarding dark sigil magic . . . "Symbolism will be their downfall".
Completely agree, but this has been propagated for much longer than a month. The Secret was a bestseller 15 years ago.
What is the definition of occult? Aren't all spiritual realities occult?
Occult is hidden. The world's major religions are all out in the open, and you can easily join any of them.
Satanism, witchcraft, the deep state, and most of masonry are hidden for the most part, thus occult.

Thank you for explaining better. So is Christianity right and every other belief system wrong?

Listen bub, these kettle fried chips are not going to crumb into my keyboard all by themselves. You take that back.
Mea culpa. But NO REFUNDS
Sounds like that televangelist (going blank on his name) with the giant globe behind him.

There's various anime made around "manifesting" things.
