Like others have stated... I believe these stories are comms that attempt to give us a metric as to where we are in the plan. Now that Haiti is in the news you can bet the Clintons are likely in the hot seat -- especially since Bill Clinton submarine story and his alleged sepsis diagnosis which had him traveling across the country to California (doesn't make sense) have also been in the news recently.
