How can an employer even make an educated determination if someone's religious exemption is valid or not?

If we don't push back now, it will never go away. We will become Australia. My son is getting fired and trying an exemption but like you say, they are not granting them. He is thinking about it as a gift from God. If we succeed, he will have been on the front lines. Something to tell his grandkids about someday. There are more jobs. And more of us than there are of them. Harden up my friend, and good luck. Don't take the fucking death shot for a job!!

Start looking for another job dude, tell them no and have them fire you for discrimination

Next spring, there will be MILLIONS of job openings for unvaxed people.
Once the cold and flu season gets going, vaxed people with damaged immune systems will be dropping like flies. Most of those managers who are so adamant about everyone getting vaxed... may become victims of the Covid vax themselves.

Bide your time and do whatever is needed to get by the next 3 to 4 months. By spring, I believe companies will realize that they made a BIG mistake in forcing all employees to get the vax. It turned their entire company into a Covid variant breeding ground... and yet all their employees have low-functioning immune systems. It won't be pretty.

The unvaxed will have their pick of jobs and careers soon. I think that is where this is all headed.

basically from the article a religious exemption is not a privilege you have to beg for it is a right. By not granting them or questioning them they are actually violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Now supposedly there is to be a flood of lawsuits for discrimination coming against these unsuspecting businesses the article explains it in more depth. It has something to do with like the businesses are rushing this in hopes that people will just comply or quit before the courts have a chance to catch up to them and destroy them. Anyhow how to document your own wrongful termination case is outlined on the page.

I understand that putting food on the table is a priority but at the same time it’s just a job. You have your talents, find another employer or way to make money. If you let them inject you with their experimental gene therapy just for a paycheck, what won’t you let them do?

I’m in the same boat that I put in for a religious exemption but my employer also wants people to do testing even if they’re exempted. I’m not doing it. For me this shit ends here. They either leave me alone or they can fire me.

It probably won't help you but I am hoping this comes to my workplace, I am looking forward to totally rejecting their utterly illegitimate presumption of competence or authority. It is rare in life to be given a free-run at hero-status.

Do you have any idea how many others in your company don't want to take the jab? You don't have as much power by yourself, as you do united with other.

I would let them fire me, and then immediately start legal proceeding against them.

What they are doing is against the law, and I believe that if you are part of a lawsuit, you will get some recompense.
