Trump did not have a vax. The drug companies waited till a few days after Trump was out of office before announcing that the vax was officially ready to be unleashed on the public.
He's made the claim that he's taken the vaccine, at one point I was thinking someone nailed him down on having taken Moderna, but might be wrong on that. I remember when he got booed he was like "I took the vaccine, if I have a problem with it you all will be the first to know!".
As to the OPs question, I'm assuming there isn't a difference and haven't seen evidence to sway me that there's any difference. I think Trump was planning on getting it rushed and approved as part of the October Surprise "Look people, I saved the world!" but then they fucked with him and waited until after the election and suppressed whichever of the countless Hunter laptops that Giuliani/Byrne/Guo/etc leaked stuff out on. In the end Trump still broke the system. I recalled 133 million registered voters being floated around pre-election, of course same dead cemetery additions and etc could've fluffed that number up on election day as we're finding out now. Forgot where, but I know one state added back in something like half a million of people they had just deleted off their rolls after the 2018 election all of them on the same day. Almost like someone knew how to use a SQL script!
