They're trying to use the "ALL vaccines use aborted human fetus cells in their testing or production" argument. Tell them you're not opposed to vaccines as long as they don't test them with aborted fetuses. Then explain to them that it's all the other ingredients you're against, too. And then remind them that you'd be willing to "vaccinate" yourself, as long as those chemicals aren't used, AND you have informed consent. But since informed consent can no longer be met due to the amount of mis/dis-info from BOTH SIDES of the argument, the decision for medical treatments should ALWAYS be left up to the individual, JIAT LIKE IT'S AWLAYS BEEN. When they say something like, "well, just b cause it's always been that way, doesn't mean it was right," argument, yell them "you're right, but my assessment is still valid, because there's next to no truth behind their claims of a safe and effective vaccine."
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter whether you game the system to your benefit or not, [they]'re gonna win in the short term. Most likely, you'll lose your job because religious exemptions don't matter in the corporate world. They're not violating anyone's religious rights when they're firing people over "public health and safety concerns." They can also use the "hostile work environment" excuse against you. They most certainly have already talked to your co workers and supervisors for that reason, too. Ho ahead and fight, yes, but work in the side to find other work, because it's only a matter of time before they fins a reason to shitcan you.
