There is that liberal left wing "catch-all" word again, a Hillary Clinton captured word, that drives me absolutely crazy: Debunked. Anyone, I mean anyone, using that word is outing their programming.
Yep, when I see people use that word here I always tell them to replace it with "disproven" and if you can't then go and disprove it. Dont say debunked. It has no meaning.
This is the best response. It implies that you are open to hearing their explanation, and puts the onus back on them to explain what they mean.
I also prefer to turn the burden of proof around on them, like when they say theres ‘no evidence’ of election irregularities, i say theres ‘no evidence’ that my vote counted as i intended.

When they use words like that, I prefer to ask them "what do you mean?" and force them to define it, then watch them struggle.
