Its not too late. It still has a lot of room to grow.
You can also buy warrants (like options only offered by the company). I think they mature after the merger. They are selling at 11.50 right now (after market). When they mature you then have the option of buying the stock at the strike price (11.50 unrelated to the other 11.50, purely coincidence).
Its a bargain deal. As long as the stock is at $23 when it can be exercised you break even. If you want to sell your warrant they can be traded just like stocks.

Are the warrants you speak of the stock labeled DWACW? I’m also kicking myself after reading last nights post about it. Do you recommend a particular trading platform over another?

With the (current) market cap of 1.635B and price of 45.5/shr that puts a total (current) shares at 35.5M. I think total shares will cap at around 55M after all warrants are exercised (they expire in 2028). I think they can't be exercised until after the merger though. I really should look into that considering how many I bought lol.
