You can also buy warrants (like options only offered by the company). I think they mature after the merger. They are selling at 11.50 right now (after market). When they mature you then have the option of buying the stock at the strike price (11.50 unrelated to the other 11.50, purely coincidence).
Its a bargain deal. As long as the stock is at $23 when it can be exercised you break even. If you want to sell your warrant they can be traded just like stocks.

I use Fidelity. Schwab is good. Not sure what else.
