Meditate more. Listen to Sadhguru. Check out kundaliniandcelltowers.com . Ignore people who claim to be in touch with their chakras and shit, those of us in the know do not bother to boast about such pointlessly simple things. Do not overthink astrology or crystals. Do not overthink extraterrestrials or anything for that matter. Get in touch with yourself. Practice critical thinking and trust no one.

You'll get that dial down to a comfy 6 or 7 soon enough brother.
