I still struggle forgiving myself but I thank the lord for his mercy. His forgiveness is all I need. Life has been very dark for me, and I thank God, because it will only make the light of heaven even brighter.

I too had a short stint with satanism years ago. I felt the same way, about struggling to forgive myself, and as well as feeling like I wasn't worthy of God's love. Months ago my Bible fell and it landed on Isaiah 30. Honestly Isaiah 30:15-23 hit home with me personally in relation to the aforementioned things.
