You're right. I haven't been there. Been to Subic and many other ports, but for sailors wanting R&R, there's probably no booze and women that's worth it. And I'm using sailor standards too :)

I didn't get to Pubic, some emergency or other happened and we diverted to the Bay of Bengal.
