It's not a theory. The current "Biden" is definitely not the original. Completely different face and mannerisms.

IMHO those pictures are completely unconvincing. People can lose weight or have work done. Angle, lighting, and facial expression can make big differences. There is no convincing evidence in these examples.

So it is a theory, sorry.
