If there are any Congressional people reading this will you please talk to your comrades about creating a law that makes people who video rapes and other criminal acts instead of calling 911 or intervening, culpable of a criminal act in some way?

I just read about this tonight and I am PO'd!

What in hell has happened to people? I am old, arthritic but I can guarantee you, I would have jumped on the POS who attacked the woman and pounded him with my purse! (And it is heavy!)
