I honestly don’t know. But I wouldn’t go off the attached and no attached part as that can be surgically corrected. Is the cartilage also different? I would look at that part.

I am going back and forth w/ both pics and I don't see the resemblance in the eyes, ears, mouth, eyebrows etc...just does not look like the same person at all to me.
