Time for states of implement a state militia, and take border enforcement into their own hands. And if states want to it, the the citizens need to form militia groups to undertake this mission.

The list of “protected areas” for illegal aliens include:

Schools Healthcare facilities Places of worship Playgrounds, childcare centers, and school bus stops Crisis centers, homeless shelters, rehab facilities, and food banks Disaster relief centers Funerals or weddings Protests, rallies, and parades>

etc.......

In Houston, those "protected areas" where illegal aliens can evade arrest include Street Corners. :>)

I suppose you can include Food Trucks into that... which is why you need to be able to speak Spanish well to order food from a truck in Houston these days.
