I suspect the World Health Organization (or similar) will issue a set of recommended COIVD-19 mandates that are far gentler than the unlivable, cruel and unusual torturous conditions the Australians are facing...

...then the Australians will be allowed to vote if they want the carrot or the stick: to become a member of the New World Order or for the torture to continue.

I suspect this is how the New World Order will happen.
