You’re right, I was being too absolute. But we sure don’t need an Article 5 convention to open the Constitution up to massive overhaul. Especially in the rigged system we have now.

You make a great point:

but that's why we're supposed to be vigilant and good countrymen. Have to pay attention and stay involved, can't get complacent.

If we did this we would find the Constitution, as it currently stands, works extremely well. Even term limits would probably be unnecessary because we wouldn’t mindlessly trying-elect people.

I wholeheartedly agree, I feel that we've strayed too far from the Constitution and that's the main reason why things are so bad. Folks have given up too much ground on basically every tenet of the Bill of Rights.

My main issue with unlimited term limits are the scummy politicians that spend their entire life in DC (Let's Go, Brandon!) and they keep things shitty to justify their existence. Sure, you can "vote them out", when elections actually work and when there's a larger ratio of people who pay attention to people who want free shit. 😅
