Me too. I’ve read some IV antibiotics may help but basically no cure. Thé U.S. won’t and never has treated it. That said, this was five years ago when I did my research and there was very little info on it, relatively speaking. Given what we know now, if there is a protocol for a treatment cure « they » would have kept it secret. So I am holding out irrational hope that there is a cure that we will soon be privy to.

Then the effectivness of Ivermectin is because it kills the parasite hydra.
Several countries have just announced a halt to vaccines to be replaced by Ivermectin,
with a 100% success.

Not indestructible. They just don't die naturally (of old age, for example).
