Obviously some had Halloween masks but only 1 covidian among hundreds of faces in NJ here. Holy land!

The municipal governments intruded upon and presumed liturgical authority over celebrating Halloween in like the Obama era and ever since it's treated as a day created by the town and not its own independent ocassion
