Call him a Pedi-File.

YouTube would automatically jump on the four letter "pedo", because it only means one thing.

Pedi can be used in pediatric, pedicure, impediment and many other words. They won't filter that out, or the word "file".

Say Pedi-File. Everyone will know what you mean.
