They put on a good show during the nominations, and every DS creature came out against them in a big way. And the DS fought to keep them from getting voted in. So I'm not convinced they are DS.

Q has also suggested that we can't count on the SC to save the Republic. That is becoming quite obvious.

Personally, I think they've been blackmailed in some way - probably death threats against their families. If this is the case, then this is another weakness that needs to be exposed to the people.

Q suggested that SC justices need Secret Service protection - I'm not sure if that has happened yet, or what it takes to make it happen. It's definitely required.

In any case, I think its a little too soon to write off the new justices.
