Deep state will take the hit in Virginia, even with the amount of cheating they did to try and win gov race. It also gives them a blowhorn to cry, see elections are secure and stop 2020 audits. But the thought of losing NJ is simply not an option. They are about to dump 10's of thousands of ballots for Wolf to AVOID AN AUTOMATIC RECOUNT, because of the slim margin of victory. With what happened in AZ audit, they know they will be exposed again BIGTIME in just a simple recount or even worse a full audit.
