"...emergency motion to stay enforcement of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s November 5, 2021 Emergency Temporary Standard2 (the “Mandate”) pending expedited judicial review.
Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED.."
Every citation would have been challenged, as is every employer's right. OSHA would be tied up in adjudication hearings for years. In all Regions, in all States and U.S. Territories.
The $1.2T Infrastructure Bill should be challenged in this manner, too.

Safe for another two month but passing that cucked infastructure bill is cucked.
Awesome.
Conztant threats that can't be enforced.
Does this apply to ALL states or just the 4 that filed the joint lawsuit?
Now Florida’s 11th circuit needs to stay it too.
Businesses will still do it though.
They did with his announcement of this order weeks ago, why would this be different?
The order absolutely MUST be shut down, but if the damage isn't fixed it doesn't matter
