I am hoping this happens or at least a federal judge somewhere issues a national injunction to block this new rule. It is indeed unconstitutional and authoritarian. For this, someone outta make life miserable for the Biden administration. Perhaps truckers who regularly haul freight into the Washington, DC area should go on strike and make the swamp feel some serious pain.

And I think OSHA thinks so too. They played it safe. They can say they went along with the mandate but through no fault of their own they can't enforce.
I hope it goes past that to a convention of the states to add a new bill of right plus other goodies.
