Maybe they were injected with something which triggers the vaccine and caused these reactions?

If true, it could mean they were testing a "booster", which could be meant to provide the catalyst for a mass genocide?

Injecting someone with fentanyl would be an instant death. Especially in someone whose opioid naive (lacking tolerance to opioid agonists)
