Something doesnt add up with this story. There are multiple layers of continuity that go in place of strength testing. A metallurgist generally doesnt test and circulate or publish material test reports. There are always checks and balances within these documents. If one individual literally fabricated these results then many others were complicit or also in cohorts with the results documented. Has to be a lot more to this then some "metallurgist" behind the fabricated testing results.
No there is not. It is a number you put in a box on a screen. Boeing had someone faking blade readings on chinook blades last year.
You obviously don't know or understand the process. In short. Yes it is. The number isnt just put into a box on a screen. Its 100% verifiable, wity checks and balances,unless several or many individuals are also in on fabricating the results.
