Yeah. And he will go to jail for murder because the jury will be intimidated or is full of activists. The only reason I see the powers to be allowing him to walk is to avoid the 10m payout to the idiot who got his bicep vaporized.
First, that really got ten million for trying to shoot someone else?!?!
Second, convictions in WI must be unanimous. Since Kyle is the defendant, all 12 jurors must return a guilty verdict for him to be convicted. That means we only need one patriot, or frankly one honest and brave juror to holdout, for a mistrial to be declared. FYI
I wouldn't discount deep state to use the Not Guilty verdict being used by anti gun nuts putting even more pressure in on to restrict self protection rights.
That said, locals need to be ready to defend 2A rights during the friends case.
If the jury are activists. Which is probable. Also, the state can't have Americans thinking it's OK to use lethal force to protect your life.
Kyle will be found guilty not because justice prevailed, but because justice is dead and gone in this country.
Honestly, all the trial attorney's I know say that your case is won or lost at jury selection.
