I think the sentiment here is 'fight fire with fire.' However, as corrupt as it is currently, if we don't use the law to overcome this threat, if we stoop to the level of the ends justifying the means, then the principles the country was founded on are meaningless and we may as well forget America as we knew it. Doesn't mean we can't be assertive and relentless also, though
Frame it how you like, but if there is no consensus behind our actions, based on facts and justice, like the colonists had due to the abuses of the British, then we will be viewed as just another illegitimate junta and will have about as much authority as Pedo Joe does. As bad as things are, people still aren't ready to take up the torches and pitchforks and depose our government. That may happen too and maybe it should but if you go off half-cocked without support, and I mean from a large majority not just from conservatives, the DS is going to make quick work of you. People are still too asleep. It's frustrating AF and speaking for myself, I'm getting prepared for all possibilities, but taking up arms is a last resort, as it was for the authors of the Declaration, and we're not there yet.
By the way, how many communist regimes have bitten the dust since the US came onto the scene? 6? And only 1, really has arisen, that being the CCP, and they're not in good shape either. If it's a head-to-head between the 2 systems, I'd say our constitutional republic is smoking communism, current events notwithstanding. I would argue that socialism is coming apart at the seams in the US too

Sure if letting people's lives get destroyed more and more everyday is your idea of "principles" then yeah I guess that makes sense....
When has "the law" ever stopped the communists from winning?
You might win a round with "the law" but you're losing the war. BADLY.
When the law becomes corrupt, there IS NO LEGAL OPTION.
Go read the Declaration of Independence.

Go right ahead and argue that. The Chinese people have been thinking it was about to fall for decades and decades and decades.
Your belief in everything you just said is exactly what makes you just as asleep as commie coma patient.
People like you ensure nobody does anything.
Last resort time is here. It was here yesterday.
Pray for your pipe dream all you want while you lull everybody into doing nothing and dooming us for another decade again.
Have fun storming the castle!
