Save your giftcard. You'll need toilet paper later.

Dry fast for 2 days.

Eat no food. Drink no liquid

Let your body rest.

It's what the animals do. It works.

Knock it out in 2 days.

Bad advice. Zelenko protocol. Quercetin + zinc. Double the vitamin C. Quadruple the vitamin D.

NAC -- n acetyl cysteine -- take 1500mg a day

Drink a lot of water. They are right about rest. Sleeping it off is good but drink 5x the water you think you have to. It will be annoying. Staying hydrated or even overhydrated is key. You will notice when you drink too much water that your nose starts to run again and your sinuses start to clear. This is a good thing. The worst that happens is you get post nasal drip which you can clear up with gargling salt and xylitol warm or hot water

if you had more than 25 dollars or if I were there with you I'd get you selenium, magnesium, iodine minerals to take also

take at most 600mcg of selenium a day, but 400 is optimal while you're sick otherwise 200mcg

Minerals are more important than most vitamins, with the exception of C and D.

Bad advice.

Nope.

Double the vitamin C. Quadruple the vitamin D.

Most over the counter vitamins (as opposed to those given by IV in a hospital) are worthless.

Vitamin D is a hormone, not a vitamin. It is produced by the cholesterol in the skin when exposed to sunlight.

Vitamin C is water soluable. Water soluable vitamins only work in the presence of fat soluable vitamins. Fat soluable vitamins only work in the presence of saturated fat. Not good to take them without food, assuming they work at all. And if you are eating saturated fat foods, then you are already getting natural vitamins anyway.

The nice thing about all this info is that people can try different things and see what actually works for them.

Even more interesting when you do it ...

Misschelle [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

I lost 100 pounds last year by fasting...drank so much water. You’re right...the system needs rest.

2
MAG768720 2 points ago +2 / -0

Interesting ...

;-)

When you are feeling sick, it is even better to drink no liquids for a few days. This forces your body to break down fat cells, where an extremely healthy form of water is stored (because your fat cells are the only source of water if you aren't drinking any).

This deuterium depleated water heals the body faster.

People who were severely overweight and lost the excess bodyfat often report that they still have saggy skin. Some of them have reported that dry fasting was the only thing that worked in getting their skin back to normal.

It cleans up the body.

I gotta get them muscles underneath all strong...the crushed lumbar discs did a number. After 15 years of that, I finally got the spinal fusion. That pain went away, but all the residual stuff was still there. Pain management has always been the focus. The belly skin is not attractive, but once my core gets stronger, i can pinpoint the real problem areas haha

2
MAG768720 2 points ago +2 / -0

Did the lumbar discs get crushed due to the excess weight?

I don't know anything about lumbar discs or spinal fusions. I do know some things about muscle. Many people who switched to a carnivore diet have reported that various pains went away and they naturally get stronger, even without working out.

Don't know if that would apply to your situation, but worth checking out.

BTW: What do you say to people who think fasting will be too difficult? How did you deal with the hunger, and how long did it take to drop the 100 lbs?

2
MAG768720 2 points ago +2 / -0

BTW, the reason anyone experiences cold or flu-like symptoms is because their body is trying to detox from a toxic overload (usually bad food, malnourishment, and/or some toxic substance).

Fasting allows the body to rest and cleanse. This is why it speeds up the healing process.

Naw, i had herniations that progressively got worse, andthe pain from it made me very immobile and i ate way too much. My muscles were on fire. Once i cut carbs, that was key. It was a mind over matter thing dealing with the hunger. I drank water when i was hungry to help control it. Took about 8 months for most of it to come off...ive maintained well for about a year

Quecertin 500mg capsules…opens the cellular door to let in the zinc. Similar to what HCQ does.

4
Annie99 4 points ago +4 / -0

Bottle of tonic water with quinine to go with the zinc and vitamin D = DIY HCQ.

5
DontAsk 5 points ago +5 / -0

And Target has the "Q Spectacular" brand! :)

4
Annie99 4 points ago +4 / -0

:) I'd be buying that one for sure. Shame we don't get that here.

Duckhunter1960 4 points ago +4 / -0

all the supps + Mucinex, keep the snot moving. Don't let it settle. Keep the shit in your lungs thin and able to cough up. Don't try to suppress it all and keep it in, push it out. Shit wads of water. IF you can, find some pure oregano oil. That can help with infection. There are tons of articles out there on Oregano. As mentions below, quercetin (sp?). Check out Xlear, with Xylitol, may need to find a homeopathic store, but that has been making some serious noise lately. The FDA just dicked them, so I have to believe they got something going. Check it out and good luck. Hope you get better soon Fren.

A few weeks ago I felt my annual fall cold coming on. I took Ivermectin, D3 and C. 3 hours later no symptoms at all. Ivermectin stops the virus from replicating in your system, or so Ive been told.

biner79 3 points ago +3 / -0

Look up instructions for a detox bath. Works every time to ward off the crud. Do a couple of those a day. The more of your body you can submerge the better.

3
biner79 3 points ago +3 / -0

Basic ingredients are 2 cups Epsom salt and 1 cup baking soda. We also add some essential oils like a few drops of eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil. Use hot water so you can sweat it out. I try to keep the water good and hot but some people don't tolerate very hot water very well.

1
Misschelle [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I do this all the time. I love me a good sweat

3
PopcornTastesGood 3 points ago +3 / -0

I take Zicam along with my normal zinc daily vitamins. Then I mix emergen-c with honey. I do it the moment I feel anything and I usually wake up the next day feeling fine

3
Jcholl9 3 points ago +3 / -0

Now this might not be for everyone.... But what I've done in the past is spray hydrogen peroxide up my nose. I spray small amounts and let it settle for a few seconds 🤧

And then I blow it out... Yes this really works and it gets rid of the junk inside.

Plus get plenty of bed rest 🙂

P900 3 points ago +3 / -0

Regular colds and flu have not been eradicated. Don’t panic.

4
Misschelle [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

OMG IM GONNA DIE!!!

Oh wait, naw im cool 😎

3
RobotReturns 3 points ago +3 / -0

drink raw milk it makes really good mucus

3
stray502 3 points ago +3 / -0

That should do it just make sure you take a high enough dosage to make the difference. Dr Ardis actually said you only need vitamin C but you need to take 5000-10000 per day. Start at 5000 increase each day. If you get diarrhea than you are taking to much so cut back. He said that is how your body tells you its enough.

LuvTheSmellofFreedom 3 points ago +3 / -0

quercitin and ivermectin. Done in 12 hours.

2
Aditon 2 points ago +2 / -0

Quercetin is important too. Helps open up the cells so they can receive the zinc. Get well and God bless!

2
Misschelle [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thanks friend! A lot of people said Quercetin but I couldn’t find it at Target...not a surprise. Gonna go to a better store and pick some up 🙏🏻
