all the supps + Mucinex, keep the snot moving. Don't let it settle. Keep the shit in your lungs thin and able to cough up. Don't try to suppress it all and keep it in, push it out. Shit wads of water. IF you can, find some pure oregano oil. That can help with infection. There are tons of articles out there on Oregano. As mentions below, quercetin (sp?). Check out Xlear, with Xylitol, may need to find a homeopathic store, but that has been making some serious noise lately. The FDA just dicked them, so I have to believe they got something going.
