Totally congested today...feverish....generally yuck. Gonna head over to Target and spend my $25 gift card. Vitamin C...zinc...vitamin D....what else do i get? 🙏🏻❤️

I take Zicam along with my normal zinc daily vitamins. Then I mix emergen-c with honey. I do it the moment I feel anything and I usually wake up the next day feeling fine
