There are an enormous number of websites that just won't load at all for me!

After my computer received an automatic virus vaccine update last night, I am unable to access large swaths of the internet that I usually access.

Including,

YouTube
Guilded
DownDetector
Any other Google service including search
Discord
Fandom/Wikia
Wikipedia
DuckDuckGo
Rumble
Gab

And a ton of other websites. But I can access only this particular website just fine. WTF is going on?

I have problems with some sites because of my VPN, I have to turn it off in order to continue to the site.

Yes , I can't screen mirror or use some apps with vpn on.
